As fulfilling as we may find them, professional and personal responsibilities take a toll on our physical and mental well being, which we experience as stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. Our ancestors struggled with the same issues, but they developed meditation, Tai Chi, and yoga practices to address their symptoms.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Newcomers and experienced practitioners alike can enjoy improved mood, reduced stress, mental clarity, and mindfulness benefits. Our Northern Virginia meditation center welcomes practitioners of all skill levels, as our offerings include:

Tai Chi & Qigong

A part of the Qigong tradition, Tai Chi involves breathing and energy flow techniques that help practitioners manage chronic pain and anxiety. At Mindful Wellness, this doctor-recommended practice includes:
